In-person setup work & fitting installations

If you are visiting us and purchasing in person, we can install fittings such as chinrests and tailpieces ready for you to take away.
We are also equipped to receive instruments and return via courier.

We also professionally fit pegs, and cut bridges/soundposts etc to the highest standards. This is our luthier’s area of focus regarding setup & sound, and regularly caters to instruments by important names, for players, teachers, and soloists all over the UK and World.

In-person luthier fittings & setup consultation

Feel free to arrange an appointment to visit us! We are happy to have a look at your instrument and offer impartial advice on improving your instrument’s setup and sound. We also love explaining the different advantages of our fitting models and woods.

Instrument comfort is equally important – We regularly explore this with players using different chinrest models, while also looking at the shoulder-rest (if one is used), to make sure that they are supported the way they want while playing. This can otherwise cause long-term tension/posture issues!
